Fire Station 72-Training Room Addition/Renovation

The City of Austell is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the Fire Station 72 Training Room Addition/Renovation. The project includes demolition, construction, and renovation of the existing engine bay to accommodate an expanded training area and office spaces. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The project requires compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. • Demolition of existing engine bay roof system and associated components • Construction of a new roof and second-level support system • Interior build-out, including offices, hallway, and training room • Mechanical, electrical, and fire protection system installation and testing • Roofing and exterior work, including flashing and integration with existing gear room structure • Provision of a 10-year structural warranty and a 10-year roofing workmanship warranty
