Description
The Vermont Department of Public Safety is seeking proposals for a service and repair contract for a State-owned airboat. The contract will be for a period of two years with an option to renew for up to two additional twelve-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide airboat repair services, including disassembly, rivet and poly removal, repair of polymer, reassembly, and shipping expenses.
• The contract will require the bidder to provide a detailed scope of work, including a project approach and methodology, qualifications and experience, and pricing information.
• The bidder will be required to comply with the State's worker classification compliance requirements and executive order 05-16, which relates to climate change considerations in state procurements.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best interest of the State, and the State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more bidders.
