Description
The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Indiana is seeking a contractor to perform an Area Wide Market Analysis (AWMA). The AWMA will be for an initial fiscal year and subsequent annual recertifications or AWMA amendments for each following fiscal year, not to exceed a base year plus four additional years. The contractor will provide a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements and shows a thorough understanding of them. The contractor must provide resumes for a state-certified General Real Property Appraiser and at least two references from the past five years for work of a similar nature.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four option years.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items, including any quantity price discounts and discounts for prompt payment.
• The contractor must deliver all items via email to an email address provided at the time of award.
