The City of Cleveland’s Division of Streets seeks a qualified vendor to provide parts, biodegradable cleaning soap, and labor services for the maintenance and repair of pressure washers and steam cleaners. The contract is firm‑price, capped at $10,000, and requires the vendor to be an authorized distributor for Landa, Hotsy, and Karcher equipment, to supply parts with a minimum six‑month warranty, labor with a twelve‑month warranty, and to respond to service requests within 24 hours.
