The City of Danville is seeking bids for asbestos abatement and demolition of 8 properties. The properties include 1300 Industrial Ave, 109 Lincoln St, 1406 Goodyear Blvd, 200 Chatelaine Ave, 859 Valley St, 237 Girard St, 130 Cardwell St, and 133 Cardwell St. The bid includes the removal of trash, loose block, and retaining walls, as well as the demolition of accessory structures and concrete pads. The bid also includes the removal of foundation and concrete slabs.
• The bid requires the bidder to acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 001 on the Bid Proposal Form.
• The bidder must remove all specified materials and structures during the course of demolition.
• The bidder must comply with all specifications and requirements outlined in the bid document.
