Description
The City of Valdosta is seeking a single Lenco BearCat G3 tactical armored vehicle (2026‑or‑newer) equipped with an extensive suite of upgrades, lighting, climate, armor, and operational accessories. The vendor must deliver the vehicle FOB Valdosta, provide all required manuals, a build sheet, and conduct training for city personnel. The contract includes multi‑year warranties and the city retains the right to order additional units at the same price through July 31, 2027.
• One (1) Lenco BearCat G3 core vehicle with 4‑wheel off‑road package, run‑flat tires, 6.7 L turbo diesel, painted “Lusterless Black.”
• Full accessories package: LED lighting, roof‑mounted spotlights, HVAC upgrade, armor kits (ram post, cupola, skip‑round shield, etc.), spare tire, service manuals, and training.
• Vendor must submit a sealed bid by June 23, 2026 10:40 AM EST, include non‑collusion & security affidavits, EEVE‑Verify ID, and a complete W‑9. Shipping costs are to be included in the total price.
