Description
The Lowndes County Schools is seeking a vendor to replace one 135-ton HVAC chiller at Lowndes High School. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the existing chiller, installation of a new chiller, and commissioning of the new system. The vendor must provide a lump-sum bid and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive bidder.
• The replacement chiller must be manufactured by Trane or York.
• The vendor must provide a detailed scope of work, specifications, and terms and conditions.
• The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance and comply with all insurance requirements.
• The vendor must provide on-site training for LCS facilities personnel.
• The vendor must provide closeout documentation, including manufacturer startup reports, commissioning checklists, and operation and maintenance manuals.
