The County is seeking a qualified contractor to execute a 1.393‑mile pedestrian‑improvement project that includes earthwork, curb & gutter, sidewalks, concrete flat work, asphalt paving, storm‑drain pipe installation, and related signage and striping. The work is broken into four parcels, each specifying clearing & grubbing, grading, curb & gutter, sidewalk, concrete, drainage, and signing, with one parcel also requiring a retaining wall, asphalt paving, and pavement markings. Bidders must submit sealed bids with a 5 % bid bond and 100 % performance and payment bonds, all rated A‑8 or better. Plans are available for purchase at $50 per set.
