Sources Sought - Tier III Diesel Engine Powered, Cargo Tank Refueling Vehicle

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking information from potential sources for Tier III diesel engine powered, cargo tank refueling vehicles. This notice is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government is looking for companies that can provide cargo tank refueling vehicles with Tier III-compliant diesel engines capable of running on JP-8 aviation fuel with up to 3,000 ppm sulfur content. • The vehicles must feature a Tier III-compliant diesel engine. • The Government is seeking information on equipment sources, sales channels, and vendor logistics. • Interested vendors are requested to provide company information, point of contact, and documentation demonstrating authorized distributor or reseller status. • The Government welcomes recommendations on commercial market practices, ordering and distribution methods, and contract structures for recurring requirements.
