Computer Assisted coding

The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide a computer assisted coding (CAC) solution. The goal of this project is to increase coding and billing efficiency, which would shorten the time between the date of service and reimbursement to recoup a portion of the cost. The CAC solution should be integrated with natural language processing and capable of interfacing with the electronic health record system.
