Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1200 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 6198 Franconia Rd, Alexandria, Virginia 22310. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately four (4) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. The lease term will be for 5 years, and the Government may terminate the lease at any time with 90 days' notice. The Lessor will be responsible for providing and maintaining the space, including utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
