The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive service, repair, testing, and calibration of the Leakwise Oil‑on‑Water Detection and Monitoring System installed at the Addison Airport Toll Tunnel. The work includes bi‑annual preventive‑maintenance cleaning and calibration of three sensor assemblies, annual system testing, and as‑needed repairs or part replacements, all performed in compliance with OSHA, NFPA‑70E, and applicable hazardous‑area standards. The contract is a three‑year effort with a firm price for the first 12 months and one allowable price adjustment per subsequent year.
• Perform bi‑annual cleaning, inspection, and calibration of three Leakwise ID‑223 sensor assemblies and the SLC‑220 controller.
• Conduct annual system testing, set‑point adjustments, and alarm verification, plus any required repairs or part replacements.
• Provide detailed service reports after each visit, adhere to safety/confined‑space protocols, and maintain a 12‑month warranty on labor and parts.
