Grounds / Turf Maintenance - Supplies, Equipment, Services

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is seeking proposals for Grounds/Turf Maintenance Supplies, Equipment, Services on an "as needed" basis for the period from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. The cooperative intends to contract with reliable, high-performance vendors to supply products and services to public agencies and certain non-profit organizations. Any goods or services related to ground maintenance will be considered. The solicitation is open to, but not limited to, ground management goods & services, parts & accessories for grounds management goods, service and repair or grounds management goods, lawncare service, landscape services, fertilizers, astroturf maintenance, irrigation maintenance, and any other goods and services associated with grounds maintenance. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an annual option for renewal. • The vendor will be required to pay a fee of 1.5% on actual vendor project sales. • The proposal scoring and evaluation will be based on several factors, including purchase price, reputation of the vendor, quality of the vendor's goods or services, total long-term cost, extent to which the goods or services meet the needs, vendor's past relationship, impact on the ability of the EPIC6 member to comply with laws and rules relating to historically underutilized businesses, and experience. • The successful vendor(s) will be required to provide pricing and discounts to all EPIC6 members, regardless of the quantity of product or service purchased.
