LaSalle’s Landing Comfort Station Construction Services

The Town of Penfield is seeking bids for the construction of a new public restroom facility at Lasalle's Landing Park. The project includes the construction of men's and women's restrooms, a single-user family restroom, and a mechanical room, as well as exterior covered timber pavilion spaces and associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work. The project will be performed under Wick’s Law and will require four prime contracts.
