California Highway Patrol’s Central Division Special Services Command in Fresno is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for a 9,598 sq ft facility. Work will be performed five days per week, Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, covering carpet, floor, restroom, breakroom, and general building cleaning, with the contractor supplying all labor, transportation, operating expenses, profit margin, and carpet‑cleaning supplies/equipment. The contract is a one‑year base period with an optional one‑year extension, subject to funding availability.
