The U.S. Air Force is seeking qualified contractors to provide a one‑time demolition, removal, and disposal of a Vertical Tank Storage System (VTS) at Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson, Alaska. The contract is a total small‑business set‑aside and will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is technically acceptable and price‑reasonable. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, tools, hazardous‑material handling, and disposal coordination, and must repair any facility damage caused during work.
