Description
The Commonwealth Technical Institute (CTI) seeks an accredited firm to evaluate and accredit the institution under the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) standards. This is a service‑only solicitation (IFB) with a five‑year contract term. Bids are due September 9, 2026, with questions due September 2, 2026. The work involves a comprehensive review, preparation of accreditation reports, and ongoing compliance monitoring for the duration of the contract. The award will be made by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry and the work will be performed at the CTI location in Johnstown, PA.
