Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and properly dispose of all vehicle and equipment tires generated at its municipal solid waste landfill. The contractor will submit per‑tire rates for five size categories and perform removal on a monthly or on‑request basis, complying with all Kansas and EPA regulations. The work includes providing labor, equipment, and transportation, maintaining a clean work area, and delivering detailed invoicing.
• Remove passenger, light‑truck, truck/equipment, and heavy‑equipment tires from the Salina MSW landfill.
• Provide all labor, tools, haul trucks, and disposal services; work only during landfill operating hours.
• Submit monthly invoices listing load dates and tire counts per category; City pays net‑30.
