Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Hill-Rom, Inc. for a comprehensive maintenance service contract to service Hill-Rom's bed fleet at the New York Harbor Healthcare System. The contract will cover Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts, components, accessories, software updates, and repairs. Hill-Rom, Inc. is the sole-source supplier of factory authorized OEM replacement parts and accessories for Hill-Rom manufactured products. The contract award period is from May 3, 2026 to May 2, 2027, with a provision of four option years.
