Lee Street Golf Facility – Exterior Improvements

The University of Louisville is seeking a qualified general contractor to execute comprehensive exterior improvements at the Lee Street Golf Facility. The work includes selective demolition, site grading and erosion control, installation of new exterior wall assemblies (fiber‑cement siding, stone veneer, CMU walls), construction of gate and fencing systems, lighting upgrades, canopy structures, and related civil utilities. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and coordination, comply with all applicable codes, and submit required submittals, warranties, and as‑built documentation. • Demolition of existing exterior elements and removal of debris. • Site preparation, grading, storm‑drain, utility relocation, and erosion‑control measures. • Installation of masonry veneer, CMU walls, stone pillars, gated entry, lighting fixtures, and canopy with metal roofing. • Full compliance with ADA, OSHA, environmental, and university safety standards, including daily site clean‑up and coordination with university work‑control offices.
