[Re-Post] Skilled Trades As-Needed Hourly RFP

The City of Pontiac is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed contractors to provide skilled trade services on an as-needed basis. The services required include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. The goal is to maintain municipal facilities in accordance with safety standards, ensuring continued operations and service delivery to the community. The contract term will be for three years with one one-year option to renew. The City intends to establish contracts with one or more vendors for each of the following service categories. • HVAC services: repair, replacement, and preventive maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. • Electrical services: interior and exterior lighting repair and upgrades, service panel upgrades, and code compliance. • Plumbing services: leak detection and repair, pipe replacements, and fixture installation.
