The State of Illinois, Healthcare and Family Services, is issuing a change order notice for Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) services. The state requires a change order to increase the contract for direct reimbursements to financial institutions and for the addition of System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 and 2 reporting. The services include data matching to identify accounts of delinquent child support obligors.
