Description
The Glendale Community College District is seeking a qualified Commissioning Agent (CxA) to provide comprehensive commissioning services for the new 74,000 GSF Instructional Building & Conference Center (IBCC) in Glendale, CA. The scope covers development of Owner’s Project Requirements, creation of a commissioning plan, constructability reviews, on‑site testing, verification of compliance with California Title 24 and CalGreen, and delivery of final commissioning documentation and training. Work is divided into a pre‑construction validation phase and a construction‑commissioning phase, with a contract term running roughly from mid‑2026 through the end of 2028.
