Description
The City of Riverton is seeking a qualified rodeo contractor to provide all livestock, personnel, and event‑support services for the Riverton Rodeo Days scheduled for June 24‑26 2027. The contractor must supply bareback and saddle‑bronc horses, bulls, calves, and other rodeo livestock, as well as pick‑up men, bullfighters, judges, timers, announcers, and related equipment such as electronic timing systems. All goods and services must be sourced within Utah, and the vendor must carry required insurance and indemnification terms. The base contract is for one year with up to four additional one‑year renewal options.
• Provide and manage all rodeo livestock (horses, bulls, calves, etc.)
• Furnish rodeo staff (pick‑up men, bullfighters, judges, timers, announcers) and equipment (timing system, chute assistance)
• Maintain Utah‑sourced delivery, carry liability, workers’ comp, and commercial auto insurance, and meet city indemnification requirements.
