The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to PROAIM Americas, LLC for the preventive maintenance of the Zeiss Artevo 850. The contractor will provide semi-annual scheduled maintenance and emergency repair service for the equipment located at the VA Valley Coastal Bend, Harlingen Healthcare Center in Texas. • The contract is for a sole source award under the authority of FAR 13.5. • The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 811210 with a small business size standard of $34 million. • Interested parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this notice by submitting capability information by 10:00 A.M., CT, December 12, 2025. • The Government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation of responses to this notification.
