Description
Brunswick County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide seasonal landscape maintenance—including mowing, trimming, edging, debris removal, and limited herbicide application—at multiple wastewater dispersal sites throughout the county. The work consists of four maintenance cycles per year (February‑November) with optional “as‑needed” service in the off‑months. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, licenses, and insurance, and must begin work within ten days of contract execution. The contract term is one year with two optional one‑year renewals; pricing must remain firm for the entire term. Proposals are to be submitted in sealed hard‑copy format by September 10, 2026, 3:00 p.m. ET to the county’s Public Utilities office.
