Tecan equipment maintenance agreement

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Tecan US, Inc. for a service agreement to provide preventative and remedial maintenance of Tecan liquid handling equipment and components. The equipment is used within the Division of Laboratory Sciences (DLS) and is no longer covered by warranties. The maintenance is necessary to maintain continuous compliance with Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) regulations. • The service agreement will cover Tecan liquid handling equipment and components. • The equipment is used within the Division of Laboratory Sciences (DLS). • The maintenance is necessary to maintain compliance with CLIA and ISO regulations. • The anticipated period of performance is 03/08/2026-03/07/2031.
