Description
The North Dakota Department of Transportation is seeking vendors to submit cutting‑edge products (blades, saws, etc.) for field testing to determine eligibility for inclusion on the agency’s Maintenance Qualified Products List (QPL). Vendors must complete the SFN 59659 agreement, provide detailed specifications, and deliver the physical items by June 30 2026. Successful products will be placed on the QPL and may be eligible for a future competitive solicitation in Spring 2027.
• Submit the Maintenance QPL Approval Field Test Vendor Agreement (SFN 59659) by May 26 2026.
• Deliver physical cutting‑edge samples to NDDOT no later than June 30 2026 for testing.
• Participate in field testing or obtain a waiver; approved items become part of a future bid pool.
