The Pease Development Authority is seeking a qualified vendor to fabricate, deliver, and install a set of new recreational floats and associated hardware at Rye Harbor. The contract covers the construction of four galvanized‑steel floats of two sizes, four pile‑hoop assemblies, and three tension assemblies, all meeting specific marine‑grade material standards. Work must be completed by spring 2026, with a mandatory pre‑bid meeting on 16 December 2025 and bid submission due 23 December 2025.
• Fabricate 4 recreational floats (2 × 12 ft × 15 ft, 2 × 12 ft × 30 ft) using 100 % galvanized components and marine‑grade lumber.
• Provide and install four galvanized‑steel pile‑hoop assemblies and three steel tension assemblies, conforming to existing design dimensions.
• Deliver all items to Rye Harbor, install per Division of Ports and Harbors instructions, and ensure full functionality by spring 2026.
