The original IFB 10218184 called for the demolition of existing wood decking and the installation of new aluminum decks, stairs, ramps, and railings on five office trailers at the Oroville Project Headquarters. The solicitation was cancelled and will be re‑issued under solicitation number 10220533. The work will involve full‑service deck replacement, including material procurement, demolition waste disposal, DSA “Access Compliance Only” permitting, and a 10‑year material warranty plus a 1‑year labor warranty. The contract is expected to be a one‑year agreement, subject to amendment.
