Description
The Collingswood Board of Education seeks a New Jersey‑certified Learning Disabilities Teacher/Consultant to deliver full Child Study Team services for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contractor will provide 185 days of service (≈7.25 hours per day) covering assessment, case‑management, consultation, training, and compliance with state special‑education law. The role requires coordination through the district’s administrative offices, submission of detailed fee proposals, and compliance with extensive insurance, certification, and political‑contribution disclosure requirements.
• Provide legal/assessment expertise, case management, and consultation for students with learning disabilities.
• Deliver professional development, workshops, and community outreach for staff and families.
• Submit hourly/daily billing rates, maintain NJDOE Clinic/Agency approval if >3 staff, and meet insurance minimums ($1M General, $2M Professional).
• All proposals must be mailed (original with signature) by 10 a.m. on 16 April 2026; services begin 1 Sept 2026 and run through 30 June 2027.
