R499--Lidar Scanning of NAVAHCS Facility

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide lidar scanning services for the Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for scanning all buildings on the campus, including the entire interior of all buildings, floors, ceilings, mechanical floors, and basements. The 3D point cloud data collected will be used to update CAD drawings and implement the approved space management program, ArcGIS Indoors. The contractor must provide the scanning services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the contract terms and conditions. Some key points to consider include: • The contractor must provide the scanning services for all buildings on the campus. • The contractor must deliver the 3D point cloud data in a format compatible with the Government's systems. • The contractor must ensure that all work is performed in a safe and professional manner. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. • The contractor must provide a certified invoice for payment. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose proposal is deemed to be the best value to the Government.
