Description
Laramie County Community College is seeking architectural firms to provide professional architectural services for annual major maintenance projects and as-needs projects. The selected firm will be responsible for providing design and management services, including project design, documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, construction management, and project closeout. The firm must have experience with educational facilities and must be able to provide a team with the necessary skills and expertise to complete the projects. The college is looking for firms that can provide a range of services, including architectural, engineering, and landscape architecture. The firm must also have proof of liability insurance and must be registered with the Secretary of State's Office. The contract will be for a period of three years, with the option to renew for two additional years.
