The Department of Veterans Affairs (NCA) is preparing an Invitation for Bids to award a construction contract for storm‑water infrastructure improvements at Crown Hill National Cemetery in Indianapolis, Indiana. The award will be 100 % set‑aside for Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses and is estimated to fall between $5 M and $10 M. Work includes installing underground detention and irrigation systems, coordinating utility connections, obtaining city permits, and, optionally, adding a new asphalt roadway, signage, and extending a retaining wall. The period of performance is 360 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.
