The West Virginia Parkways Authority is seeking a single‑unit fabrication of a custom finger‑joint expansion‑joint system for the north‑bound abutment of Bridge 3010 N on the West Virginia Turnpike. The vendor will supply the complete steel joint assembly (including shims, parapet sliders, and anti‑skid options) built to AASHTO M270 Grade 50 steel, ASTM A123 galvanizing, and all applicable ASTM specifications for anchors, nuts, and washers. The contractor will not provide installation labor, equipment, or anchorage hardware; those items are the responsibility of the installer. The award will be made after the bid opening on April 1, 2025, and the vendor must be registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and certify no outstanding state debt. Technical support on‑site during installation is required.
