Description

The Little Rock Air Force Base is soliciting a complete Counter‑Drone Detect and Defeat System (DroneShield Sentry‑X MK‑2) that includes a portable detection/defeat unit, an expeditionary tripod kit, and two‑day certified instructor training for up to four personnel. The requirement is set‑aside for small businesses only; vendors must be registered in SAM, have an active CAGE code, and be able to supply warranty, technical support, and documentation. The contract will be awarded only after funding becomes available, and the government retains the right to cancel at any time. • Deliver one DroneShield Sentry‑X MK‑2 system (IP‑67, 4‑mile detection/defeat range, operable –4 °F to 122 °F). • Provide one expeditionary tripod kit compatible with the system for fixed‑site deployment. • Conduct two‑day, certified instructor‑led training for 1‑4 operators, including all manuals and certification. • All vendors must be SAM‑registered small businesses, submit pricing via e‑mail by 9 Sept 2026 2 PM CST, and certify no use of prohibited Class I ozone‑depleting substances.

Budget estimate

$300,000 – $800,000

No contract ceiling is disclosed. Based on typical pricing for a DroneShield Sentry‑X MK‑2 system (approximately $250,000‑$400,000), the expeditionary tripod kit ($50,000‑$100,000), and two‑day certified training plus one‑year warranty/support ($20,000‑$80,000), a reasonable ball‑park contract value is between $300,000 and $800,000. The range reflects variations in optional accessories, extended support options, and potential travel costs for training.
