Repair and Maintenance Services to Building Wall Partitions

The Washington County Facilities Division is seeking a contractor to provide as-needed repair and maintenance services to various styles of partition walls within owned/leased buildings. The scope of work includes responding to malfunctioning door issues, performing repairs, and maintaining partition walls. The contractor must have the ability to respond to emergency cases within a 1-hour response window and non-emergency cases within 2-4 hours. The contractor must also possess the expertise necessary to service and repair all door types at County locations. • The contractor must provide a warranty covering both service calls and replacement parts during the term of the contract. • The contractor must demonstrate that an employee drug and alcohol testing program is in place. • The contractor must comply with all Federal, State, County, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a written report to the contract administrator if requested. • The contractor must invoice the County with the name of the County employee who requested the service, PO number, building location, and other required information.
