Revitalize the Southern Tier Community Center [Phase 2 Renovations]

The Southern Tier Community Center Revitalization Project is a major capital project that aims to expand access to the center and enhance the quality of life of Endicott residents. The project scope includes abatement, full roof replacement, exterior windows replacement, entry vestibule addition, small gym renovations, and other work. The project is funded through the Endicott Downtown Revitalization Initiative and administered by the New York State Department of State.
