Description

The U.S. Navy, via the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division, is soliciting quotations for two (2) TEGAM DT72B AC Ratio Transformers (7‑decade standard). The requirement is an all‑or‑none, firm‑fixed‑price purchase with delivery to two separate DoDAAC locations (San Diego, CA and Pensacola, FL). Offerors must be OEMs, authorized dealers, distributors, or resellers, be registered in SAM, and provide proof of authorization. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer, with a 230‑day delivery lead time from award. No partial quotes are accepted; all items must be shipped together under a single purchase order.

Budget estimate

$10,000 – $30,000

The solicitation does not disclose unit pricing. Ratio transformers of the DT72B type are specialized but not high‑value defense systems; typical market prices for new OEM units range from $5,000 to $15,000 each. Because the contract is for two units and includes firm‑fixed‑price, shipping, and compliance costs, a reasonable total contract value is estimated between $10,000 and $30,000. Factors influencing the range include OEM pricing variations, freight to two different DoDAACs, and any required IUID tagging.
