Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) requires a qualified contractor to furnish, erect, and later dismantle a supported steel scaffolding system in Building 77L to enable removal and replacement of a rain leader. The scope includes engineering drawings, OSHA‑compliant planked walkways, a 14‑ft tall scaffold tower with two levels, safety railings, toe boards, and ladder access. The contractor must have at least 10 years’ experience, be licensed, bonded, insured, and registered in SAM.gov with a valid CAGE code. All work must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart L and be protected under OPSEC and CUI requirements. The scaffolding will be rented to the government for a four‑week period after erection, with final removal required by the end of that period.
