Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for the supply of 3.6 million Hybrid Striped Bass Fry. The fry should be packaged at 50,000 per box and delivered in two shipments by truck. The first shipment of 1.1 million fry should be delivered on May 7th to East Fork State Park, and the second shipment of 2.5 million fry should be delivered on May 14th to Senecaville Hatchery. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The contractor must provide deliverables under this contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed.
• The cost of freight must be borne and paid by the contractor unless otherwise stated.
• All risk of loss will remain with the contractor until title to the deliverable passes to the state.
• The state will determine whether the contractor provided each deliverable required in this contract and has fully met all work requirements of this contract.
• Title to any deliverables will pass to the state on acceptance of the deliverable.
