Description
The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase of a minimum of 115,000 and a maximum of 200,000 boat registration decals. The decals should be 3" x 3.5" in size, made of clear laminate/UV with permanent adhesive, and have a white film/vinyl with permanent adhesive. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder. The contract period is estimated to be from May 26, 2026, to May 25, 2027, with an option to renew for up to four years.
• The contract requires the vendor to deliver the decals to the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks located at 1505 Eastover Drive, Jackson, MS 39211.
• The vendor must begin delivery within 30 days of the execution of the contract.
• The contract includes provisions for quality assurance, maintenance, and warranty.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• The contract includes a provision for termination with 30 days' written notice.
