Description
The Bureau of Reclamation, Montana Area Office, requires custodial services to be performed at thirteen recreation areas in and around Barretts Diversion Dam and Clark Canyon Reservoir, excluding the concession area. The services include maintenance, janitorial, and other related tasks. The contract will be for a total small business set-aside, and the NAICS code is 561720 – Janitorial Services. The offeror must submit a quotation that includes pricing for all line items and technical specification sheets.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as technical, past performance, and price.
