Description
The City of Laredo is seeking bids for the construction of two public plazas, Plaza Azteca and Plaza La Noria, under a single contract. The project includes site demolition, earthwork, utilities, concrete and unit paver surfaces, landscaping and irrigation systems, site lighting, and installation of site furnishings. Plaza Azteca will have a concession building, two unisex restroom facilities, mechanical room, storage areas, stage, and associated utility connections. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
