The County of Riverside issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) for two 2012 snow plow trucks. The trucks were required to have a 33,000-Lbs. GVWR, 300-HP CNG engine, cab and chassis, 5-CuYd. dump bed, snow plow, and spreader attachment. The contract was canceled due to no responses, and a new bid was issued as TLARC-367. The scope of work included the delivery of the trucks to the County of Riverside's Transportation Department. • The contract required the manufacturer to have experience in production of similar units for at least 3 years. • The contract required a preconstruction conference to review and discuss construction details. • The contract included a prompt pay discount. • The contract included a CA tire fee and CA state tax.
