LCCC ADVANCED MANUFACTURING AND MATERIALS CENTER RENOVATION

The Laramie County Community College is seeking bids for the renovation of the Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Center. The scope of work includes removal of existing flooring and resilient base, new flooring, demolition of existing walls, installing new walls, painting of new and existing walls, new electrical circuits, removal and installation of HVAC systems, and removal and installation of new light, ceilings, and data. There are two bid alternates: the addition of a classroom area and the installation of a new exterior metal wall system.
