Sanding Material 1-Location Butte Area

The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is seeking bids for the provision of Sanding Material 1-Location Butte Area. The contract includes two options: OPTION #1 - TONS and OPTION #2 - CUBIC YARDS. The successful bidder will be required to provide the specified quantities of sanding material. The contract also includes provisions for mobilization, delivery, and payment. The MDT intends to award the contract to the apparent successful offeror(s) and has made available for public inspection the relevant scoring matrix/bid tab. • The contract is for the provision of sanding material for the Butte Area. • The contract includes two options: OPTION #1 - TONS and OPTION #2 - CUBIC YARDS. • The successful bidder will be required to provide the specified quantities of sanding material. • The contract includes provisions for mobilization, delivery, and payment. • The MDT intends to award the contract to the apparent successful offeror(s). • The contract is subject to the Montana Procurement Act and the State's Standard Terms and Conditions.
