Description
This contract awards the design‑build and construction of the Bull Run Mountain Well Upgrades, encompassing a new well and well‑house facility, installation of a 60 gpm pump, a 1,300‑ft 4‑inch water main, associated electrical and communications conduit, site grading, paving, fencing, and demolition/reconstruction of existing access roads. The scope also requires abandonment of an existing non‑potable golf‑course well in compliance with Virginia health regulations, coordination of tree clearing, irrigation‑line relocation, and multiple utility‑locator services. The contractor must meet a 540‑day performance schedule from the construction start date, adhere to updated geotechnical reporting, and coordinate all testing/inspection with owner‑engaged third‑party agencies.
