Dielectric Testing

The City of Independence Power & Light Department issued a bid for dielectric testing services, but the bid was cancelled because the annual expenditure for this service does not require a formal contract. Instead, individual orders will be placed on an as-needed basis. The scope of services includes dielectric testing of rubber goods, such as gloves and sleeves, according to ASTM specifications.
