21-5880 Accu-Tab and Acid Rite System Chemicals

The City of Goodyear has awarded a contract to Waternuts Aquatic Enterprises, Inc., dba Commercial Pool Repair, for the provision of Accu-Tab and Acid Rite System Chemicals. The contract has a term of one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years. The contract value is estimated to be $160,000. The contractor will provide the City with Accu-Tab Chlorinators, Accu-Tab Blue SI Tablets, and Acid Rite tablets, and will be responsible for maintaining and servicing the equipment. The City has the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause.
